Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to drive brand awareness, strengthen dealer engagement, and accelerate sales growth. The role involves a mix of marketing initiatives, sales support, market research, and dealer network expansion, with a strong focus on promoting new products and ensuring customer satisfaction:
Skills Required:
- Good in Communication, Confident, positive attitude, convincing skills, ability to build interpersonal relationship
- Must have strong hands-on Presentation, Projection, Planning & Coordination, Negotiation skills, and dealing with customers.
- Excellent in Follow-up by call, mail or other mediums.
- Good in making Reports/MIS, Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness and demand through targeted marketing, provide sales support and dealer engagement, analyze market data to identify opportunities, expand the dealer network, and accelerate new product adoption through promotions and training.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the catalog—including power tools, accessories, spare parts, and consumables—while effectively communicating new product features and USPs to dealers and end-users, conducting live demos and technical training sessions, and clearly explaining pricing, warranty policies, application usage, and claim processes.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and dealer practices; track shelf space and merchandising effectiveness; gather end-user feedback to refine product positioning; and identify regional variations and market gaps for strategic planning.
- Define and manage dealer territories and routes, plan cluster visits for efficiency, and ensure optimal visit frequency with effective time management.
- Conduct daily dealer visits, product demos, and data collection; review weekly progress against targets with stock replenishment, reporting, and follow-ups; and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Execute merchandising and displays at dealer outlets, distribute POS materials, organize demos and local events, enhance social media visibility, and support secondary order collection and distribution.
- Identify and evaluate potential dealers based on capital, location, reputation, infrastructure, staff knowledge, and financial stability, and manage the onboarding process from application to verification and agreement.
- Conduct pre-launch training, distribute samples and demo units, implement introductory offers, organize launch events and roadshows, and ensure post-launch feedback and follow-up.
