Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our Sales Backend Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel and ERP systems, ensuring accurate entry of sales orders and seamless backend coordination. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity and supporting smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update sales order data into the ERP system.
- Validate and cross-check order details to ensure correctness before processing.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and finance departments for backend support.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
- Track order status and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data management standards.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in backend operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in data entry and backend operations, preferably in a sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data validation, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
