Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor/Master Degree

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers for orders.
  • Responsible to Co-ordinate with Sales Manager for day-to-day operations. Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to customers.
  • Time Management & Priority Setting
  • Lead generation for branding services in international/domestic markets through online
    portals and social media; generate new business.
  • Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone,
    address etc).
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Have to
    Coordinate with Customers, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website
    & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available
    digitally and in hard copy form.
  • Meet the customers in the absence of Sales Managers to effectively and professionally
    convey details of the sale to the customer.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for team.
  • Creating Self-Assessment Dash Board Reports  & Meeting Deadlines .

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum graduates or higher, certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years’ in sales as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Good Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident, Planning & Coordination, CRM, ERP knowledge.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office: Advance Excel, Word, Power Point) to create effective work coordination and presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience and the ability to cope-up with rejection.
  • Must have strong tele sales skills and have ability to build interpersonal skills.
  • Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, fixing demo appointments & audience
    generation to support the sales teams.
     
  • Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
  • Well organized and be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
  • team player with high level of dedication, making work strategy, attend training and proper coordination with team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets
    deadlines.
