Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years experience in Power Tools, Hand Tools, Abrasives, Cutting Tools, Industrial Products, Paints, fasteners.
Educational Qualification:
Any Bachelor/Master Degree
Diploma (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Automobile, Electrical)
Minimum 60% IN DME
Skills:
- Relevant work experience in dealing with power tools, industrial tools, abrasives, tools & machinery etc.
- Good in Communication, Confident, positive attitude, convincing skills, ability to build interpersonal relationship
- Must have strong hands-on Presentation, Projection, Planning & Coordination, Negotiation skills, and dealing with customers & Consultative Sales Skills.
- Excellent in Follow-up by call, mail or other mediums.
- People Management & Stakeholder Management Skills.
- Identify the gaps & loopholes in the system & process.
- Focus on relationship building with the clients & maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strengthening & expanding the distribution network.
- Good demonstration & presentation skill.
- Good knowledge about preparation of reports & databases. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and consistently meets deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve sales target set by the company for new business development & perform all prescribed sales activities related to product in the assigned area.
- Responsible for complete assigned territory, focus-fully for the long-term growth.
- Provide assistance in budget planning & coordinating for promotional events OR campaigns.
- Monitor competitor’s strategies, price mapping, advantage-based-positioning, market size, organized & unorganized market.
- Preparing monthly field plan for developing & managing customers (new as well as existing) to sales and collection within the assigned territory.
- Enhance market penetration by developing & managing network of retailers, dealers, distributors, franchises to achieve business growth.
- Develop a good knowledge about the product-in-line with the market, like their demand, competition & rates.
- Meet with buying customers on a regular basis (dealers and end users)
- Plan and execute joint visits to customers with the technical team (AE / PM).
- Managing collections from customers effectively as per the payment terms.
- Developing sound business relationships with customers with a professional approach.
- Develop new policies, procedures & strategies to improve sales performance & resolve disputes.
- Continuously monitor the pricing patterns within the market, checking the prices of the desired products regularly with respect to their competitiveness and value as perceived by the customers.
- Maintain coordination & submit sales reports and forecasts reports to RSM/Management on regular interval basis.
- Performing trials as per company policy and submitting trial reports on time.
- Preparing sales plans / projections and submitting reports on a time basis (Monthly / Quarterly/ Annual).
- Enhancing market intelligence by tracking competition procedures, products, pricing, etc.
- Demonstrate strong sense of professional conduct and ethical behaviour with all customers and team members.
- Focus on business development through assigned area markets (defined geographies) and building the brand of the company in that market.
